The most common issue when trying to connect the software is a bad or wrong type of USB cable.
Some USB cables are only good for power/charging — these will not work with Expanse. You may replace the cable with any standard USB data (not "power" or "charging") cable:
- v1 Stereo pedals: USB A to mini-B cable
- v2/Expanse pedals: USB A to micro-B cable
