If you receive an error message that is not covered by one of our other articles, please try the following:

  1. Make sure you have the newest version of the plug-in installed.
  2. Close your DAW / restart your computer / relaunch your DAW
  3. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
  4. Reenter the license key. Copy-and-paste the key from the email or type it exactly as shown, including the dashes.
