Yes, this is alright to do. Running your SuperBlock with the 24v power supply and a 9v-12v power supply at the same time will not harm the unit. Both DC ports are protected against "backwash".

Do note that when the PS-24 is plugged into the unit, the amp will run at full power (25 watts).
