If your product needs to be repaired, please contact one of our authorized Quilter service centers around the United States. We would recommend sending your amp to one closest to your area in order to cut down shipping costs. More info on locating your closest Quilter service center can be found here.


Repairs may take a couple weeks, not including shipping time.


For warranty repairs, there is no charge for the repair or return shipping (but customer is still responsible for shipping their product to facilities).


International customers are responsible for shipping costs to our repair facility in the US, as well as taxes/duties upon return.
